Yes, you can experience Floralchemy products in most places in the world! If you do not see your country in the checkout process, please contact us at support@floralchemy.com and we’ll do our best to get your package out to you.
What is your return policy?
If you have experienced a problem with your order we will do our best to make it right. Due to the high health standards of our facility and proactive Covid precautions, we are unable to accepts returns at this time.
Where is my order?
You will receive an email from us as soon as your order has shipped with your tracking number.
Can you ship to my P.O. box?
We ship to P.O. boxes in the U.S. using USPS Priority, however, we are unable to ship to international P.O. boxes.
