“Skin dreams come true…” - DREW magazine by Drew Barrymore

In her interview with Goop, a health-centric lifestyle and beauty website founded by Gwyneth Paltrow, Sara Crow L.Ac. shares distilled wisdom from nearly 20 years of clinical practice on how flower essences work to heal your mind, body, and emotions. Read the interview.

“If Crow advises you to “take two in the morning,” she’s probably talking about a tincture such as purple saxifrage (to activate feelings of spiritual connectivity) or her empowerment flower essence blend (for a self-confidence boost). For 15 years, Sara Crow has been creating “bioenergetic” preparations of flowers–distilling nature’s purported healing power into tiny droplets of liquid–and treating open-minded clients for both physical complaints and psychospiritual concerns such as heartbreak or feeling ‘stuck.’ Her hour-long sessions (which she holds in person or by phone) involve intuition, energy work, and principles of Chinese Medicine followed by a prescription for flower essences.”

“One of the requests we field the most is recommendations for good healers…individuals who are supremely gifted at moving, reading, and accessing energy, whether it's in our bodies or from the other side.

WHY WE LOVE IT

“Sara is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist with extensive training in both Eastern and Western medical approaches (she has a Master’s degree in Asian Medicine). Compounding all of this is the fact that she's a very gifted intuitive, who offers remote healing sessions (i.e., over the phone) to determine where there might be spiritual, emotional, or physical blockages. Besides insight, she offers a tactical way forward, which typically also includes the use of floral essences.”
